A properly executed Will allows you to create and implement a carefully-considered plan for the disposition of your property upon your passing. In addition, if you have minor children, you can include a provision in your will that names a guardian of your children until they reach the age of majority. By naming a guardian for your minor children, you can select which of your family members or friends best shares your values and should therefore be entrusted with the personal and financial care or your minor children.
